Manufacturing Excellence
Our facility features advanced extrusion lines dedicated to manufacturing premium HDPE flat nets, tubular nets, soft net rolls, and mesh bags in a wide range of widths and colors. We use high-quality virgin HDPE to ensure superior strength, durability, and consistent performance. Every production batch undergoes rigorous quality testing, including melt flow index (MFI), density, and tensile strength verification before manufacturing begins, ensuring reliable products that meet international quality standards.
Inline monitoring systems measure width, thickness and mesh consistency during extrusion. Finished rolls are checked for length, weight, color and physical defects. This disciplined approach ensures that customers receive product that matches their approved specifications every time.
